Belgian Style Ales

Boulevard Tank 7 (MO) 8%abv 10oz 6.  Lemon with a touch of sweet honey, grassy herbal hops in the back and a light pepper spice to balance the finish.

Delirium Tremens (Belgium) 8.5%abv 10oz 9. Taste of fruity esters, some light phenols, a bit of peppery spice, bready yeast, and a leafy hop bitterness.

Duvel Single Ferment (Belguim) 6.8%abv 10oz 8. Spicy banana and orange peel aroma. Light and refreshing if you like the bottle you’ll love the draught.

Epic Brainless Belgian (UT) 8.9%abv 10oz 7. Rich and complex malt flavor with a bit up spicy noble hops and strong influences of Belgian yeasts.

Goose Island Matilda (IL) 7%abv 12oz 6. Made with rare yeast that suggests fruity and slightly spicy flavor.

Goose Island Sophie (IL) 6.5%abv 12oz 6.  Fermented with wild yeasts and aged in wine barrels with orange peel. Subtle white pepper notes, citrus, orange peel, and a creamy vanilla finish.

Great Divide Hades (CO) 7.3%abv 16oz 6.  Rare Belgian yeast gives a complex spicy flavor and aroma. Noticeable hops and medium malt character make it extremely balanced.

Hoegaarden (Belgium) 5%abv 16oz 6. Unfiltered Belgian white, flavored with coriander and orange peel, creating a sweet and sour taste.

Houblon Chouffe (Belgium) 9%abv 10oz 8. A unique balance between a very strong IPA and a very special Belgian tripel.

Kwak (Belgium) 8%abv 10oz 8. Hints of fruit in the taste and aroma such as creamy banana and licorice.

La Trappe Quadrupel (Tilburg) 10%abv 10oz 8. Very full bodied, sweetish and malty but finishes with a drinkable balance.

Lagunitas Lil Sumpin Wild (CA) 8.85%abv 16oz 6. Loads of malted wheat and Belgian yeast provide huge flavor and complexity.

Leffe Blond (Belguim) 6.6%abv 10oz 6. Banana and clove flavors that finishes with a nice sweetness.

Ommegang Hennipen (NY) 7.7%abv 16oz 6. Hoppy, farmhouse style ale with a champagne like effervescence, crisp with a light finish.

Unibroue Maudite (Canada) 8%abv 10oz 8. Fragrances of coriander and cloves with robust maltiness and spiciness.

New Belgium Lips of Faith Series

New Belgium Kick (CO)8.5%abv 16oz 8. A collaboration Elysian Brewery produced this ruby hued, slightly sour, pumpkin, cranberry ale.  

New Belgium Clutch (CO) 9%abv 16oz 8. A collaboration with Maryland hard rockers Clutch. Pronounced dark chocolate, coffee, and black malts balance the sourness.

New Belgium Vrienden Ale (CO) 8.5%abv 16oz 7. Brewed with caramelized endive and hibiscus. Slightly sour with a floral nose and dry finish.

Unique Beers

Avery Eighteen (CO) 8.1%abv 10oz 7. Subtly dry hopped and brewed with five Belgian yeasts and a hefty addition of rye.

Hitachino Ginger Beer (Japan) 7%abv 10oz 10. A dose of fresh ginger roots added to the brewkettle creates an intriguing mix of ginger, malt-sweetness, and citruslike aromas and flavors. Ginger-sweet-spicy notes dominate through the finish.

Odell 90 Schilling (CO) 5.5%abv 16oz 5.  Sweet and citrus hop aromas make up most of the bouquet, malty and smooth.

Old Speckled Hen (UK) 5.2%abv 16oz 6. Toffee and malt with a little bitterness and a dry finish.

Rogue John John Hazelnut (OR) 5.2%abv 16oz 6. Aging in Rogue hazelnut spiced rum barrels adds subtle flavors of Oregon hazelnuts, vanilla and spice flavors.

Rogue Smoke Ale (OR) 7%abv 16oz 7. Dominated by reasonably mellow smoke with smoked meat flavor and a hint of caramel.

Murphy’s Stout (Ireland) 4%abv 16oz 6. Roasted malt and coffee aroma with hints of chocolate and creamy finish.
